Ontraport
Ontraport is a subscription-based sales and marketing software company that serves small businesses and entrepreneurs. With features that include business automation, a campaign builder, customer relationship management, marketing tracking, marketing automation, ecommerce, email marketing, and a robust page builder, Ontraport is as full-featured as it comes.
Quite simply, Ontraport does it all.
I have the pleasure of helping distill 'it all' onto various pages of the marketing site, and in some printed materials. While it's incredibly difficult to include everything I've worked on, I selected a couple key pieces to share.

Art Direction - Feature Release Videos
I was fortunate to work with the talented video team at Ontraport in art directing two feature release videos focusing on a new no-code web application experience as well as a brand new mobile-app. From storyboards, to directing, to final execution, with a consistent vision and plan of attack we were able to work together to make cleaner and more interesting videos than we've ever had at Ontraport.
Feature Pages
In 2020, we decided to revamp our feature pages to not only transition to an updated visual language, but also make improvements to the images, overall consistency, content, and user experience. Currently there are 36 feature pages, with new ones added every time a critical feature release occurs.
The goal is to make pages that not only better showcase our features, but also break all of them down into overarching categories for easier navigation and comparison. The result helps potential customers research and discover what features they might need to help their business grow.
With this project, we also updated the site navigation to mirror our vision.

Software Comparisons
With so many companies in the 'all-in-one' space, sometimes it's difficult to really set yourself apart. We wanted to move away from the more traditional software comparison page with long lists of features and haves and have-nots.
This gave us the opportunity to focus our content on the specific emotive qualities that put Ontraport on a completely different level than our competitors.
Focusing on heavy SEO and quantitative information, these updated feature pages are helping customers decide between us and our competitors without being bogged down by overwhelming and often unnecessary comparison charts.

This spiral-bound book accompanies the course lectures for users to get more in depth information on specific topics and learn how they could start using Ontraport's features to take their business to the next level. Inside are activities, information about app features, step-by-step instructions, and insight on best practices.

All of the tools are centered around the visual campaign builder launched in 2017.
